Well I do say, what fun! I have been absolutely obsessed with chess ever since that dastardly enthralling series on the Netflix! What Series, you may ask? Why Queen's gambit of course!. I can't believe they made a whole game based on the series, such innovation and I have never such elegance displayed on the Tele in over a month! 

Desperate to quench my thirst for this newfound passion of mine, led me here to this wonderful cute little game. It's proper fun for a young lad like me, to delve into this interactive pixelated experience based on the hit series. I downloaded this game and had a absolute blast with it. I tried recreating moves from series, but the dastardly AI does not seem to cooperate... 

No matter! Clearly I do not have the neccesary pharmaceutical substances to fully recreate the scenes. I do reccomend playing this game however, give it a go most preferably while knackered.

Came here looking for chess. Not sure how exactly I wound up here. Seems like a nice community here in these comments. Maybe this project could be used to make alternative chess maps! I think we have some potential there perhaps? I will be leaving this page soon, but before I do that I am compelled to recommend the greatest game of our time: Chess. Give it another go, there are many lovely versions right here on this website! But no matter, I am just a 47 year old man, trying to make the world a better place through chess. What a smooth experience. Just play in the browser?! Not sure how you managed that my fellow chess enthusiast. I'm not that familiar with the technical side of game development, but I can always sense true passion for chess wherever on the internet I go. I have already bookmarked this game for future use so that I can beat the AI on the hardest difficulty. Will verbalize this with my fellow chess enjoyers directly! Thank you for making chess available in these trying times. It's not been the easiest for me. I lost my job at the circus to the pandemic and I am yet to find a job. Most days I just stay in and play chess all day. Discussing the latest chess discourse on different forums. Except for the circus, chess has been the most important passion for me for the past 40 years. So thank you for spreading the passion of the greatest game ever created. No matter how big or successful you will become, know that your contribution is already enough.  Thank you.

Fantastic game! Came from Northernlions streams of the game and was absolutely flabbergasted from the creativity and originality of the lovely game we all love so much.  The game is constantly being patched and I will definitely support the game on steam. I see a great career  in the chess game here and I hope for the best. Keep on spreading the good word of the fantastic game of chess.

Not the 3D chess I was expecting. Your chess board does look magnificent. I played around in the game, desperately trying to forget my demons from everyday life. Your game succeeded partly in that regard. But that is not an insult to your creation, moreso another reminder that my mental state is moving towards absolute oblivion. Anyways! Lovely chess version. I hope you are excelling in your studies, since you obviously have talent. Keep spreading the love of chess and study on my friend!

Chess in Unity. Never has chess looked so great and immersive. I have played dozens of these on this website and your version shows great promise! Maybe you could port this to VR.  Because then I would be able to say that I can play 3D chess. Great video as well. I'm not that interested in game development myself, I did still find it insightful.  Keep on spreading the love of Chess, game development and the most important thing here: love!

I feel like this version lacks a lot of the basic features that most well established chess players are used to.  As some of the other chess enthusiasts are commenting. Some things are expected, but I do like the minimalistic pixel style.  Keep up the great work on spreading the love of chess. I appreciate you and your hard work.

Best thing to happen to chess since sliced bread. No but seriously, this game has massive potential and already shows a solid foundation to astonish beginners as well as expert chess players. I hope Mr Ekroth hires the right people or miraculously manages to complete this opus.I Will be watching this game develop into a classic we chess lovers so desperately crave at the moment.
